When owners choose to move to Creekside, they have a perception of their new home that is based on their view of our Common Property. For example, as we walk the streets and the north path, the views of backyard gardens, planters in front of homes and in particular, the Creek, make our townhouse complex a very special place.
A change to common property is everyone's concern when it effects a change in our perception or view of our Strata.
