Construction & Strata Lot Plans
An explanation of strata block, strata lot and strata unit. This folder contains the registration papers and designs of the buildings and roads through each phase of development. It also contains the floor plans and building space occupied by each block of land. A block contains the strata lots. The strata lot may contain one or more units. BC Roof Inspections Documents
This folder contains the documents in our contract with BC Roof Inspections. There is a Download Button entitled - BC Roof Reports Download- that will download a Zip file containing two PDF files. One is our Contract with BC Roof Inspections and the other is their excellent report on the condition of our roofs, before the renewal.
